I’m feeling so many feelings as I write today. Tomorrow is a big day. Huge. And I, like many of you, won’t be able to concentrate until this election is over. I don’t own a television but that doesn’t mean I was able to avoid hearing the racist, sexist, xenophobic, or islamophobic rants from Trump. He’s been everywhere. And he’s exposed a very seedy underbelly of this country that is terrifying and triggering for many of us (and if he doesn’t scare you, ask yourself why….time for some self reflection).
I promise you this election has not been good for our collective mental health. Now more than ever we need to take care of ourselves. One way to do that, is by voting. Voting is an act of collective self care, ESPECIALLY in this election. Love thy neighbor, folks.

Take care of YOU and you and you and you and you……..
